Replacement Policy

You are entitled to a replacement if your product is:

  • Damaged upon delivery
  • Defective in quality or stitching
  • Missing any items/parts
  • Delivered incorrectly (wrong item received)

📌 To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery (e.g., if delivered on 1st December, you may claim until 8th December). Please provide your order number, delivery address, and proof (images/videos) for quick processing.

Once your replacement is approved:

  • You will need to send the item back to us.
  • It usually takes 2–4 business days for items to reach our warehouse.

Replacement will not be processed if:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse.
  • The item has been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Original tags/packaging are missing.

If a small accessory or part is missing, we may send that part instead of replacing the full product.

Return Policy

You may return products within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, or damage.
  • It is returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • All accessories (such as belts, buttons, or extras) are included.

🔎 All returned products go through a quality inspection. If items fail inspection, they will be sent back to you.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Defective items are covered under the Replacement Policy (not general returns).

Refund Policy

Once we receive and verify the returned item through our Quality Assurance (QA/QC) team, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds cover only the product cost.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund timelines depend on the chosen payment method.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time for a full refund (including delivery charges).
  • After packing/dispatch: Cancellation may not be possible. If approved, a small deduction may apply to cover handling or courier charges.
