Replacement Policy
You are entitled to a replacement if your product is:
- Damaged upon delivery
- Defective in quality or stitching
- Missing any items/parts
- Delivered incorrectly (wrong item received)
📌 To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery (e.g., if delivered on 1st December, you may claim until 8th December). Please provide your order number, delivery address, and proof (images/videos) for quick processing.
Once your replacement is approved:
- You will need to send the item back to us.
- It usually takes 2–4 business days for items to reach our warehouse.
Replacement will not be processed if:
- The product is damaged due to misuse.
- The item has been worn, washed, or altered.
- Original tags/packaging are missing.
If a small accessory or part is missing, we may send that part instead of replacing the full product.
Return Policy
You may return products within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, or damage.
- It is returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- All accessories (such as belts, buttons, or extras) are included.
🔎 All returned products go through a quality inspection. If items fail inspection, they will be sent back to you.

- Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Defective items are covered under the Replacement Policy (not general returns).
Refund Policy
Once we receive and verify the returned item through our Quality Assurance (QA/QC) team, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds cover only the product cost.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refund timelines depend on the chosen payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- Before dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time for a full refund (including delivery charges).
- After packing/dispatch: Cancellation may not be possible. If approved, a small deduction may apply to cover handling or courier charges.
