We work with Pakistan’s leading courier partners (such as TCS, Leopard, TRAX, Swyft, and others) to ensure your order is delivered quickly, securely, and with full Cash on Delivery (COD) support.

2. The Delivery Journey: Simple & Transparent

Step 1: Order Confirmation & Dispatch

  • Order Received: Your order is immediately logged in our system.
  • Verification Call: To prevent fraud, our sales team will call you within a few hours to confirm all details: your address, contact number, and order items.
  • Quality Check & Packing: After confirmation, your items undergo a quality check and are securely double-packed for protection.
  • On its Way! We dispatch your parcel within 24-48 hours. You will instantly receive your unique tracking ID via WhatsApp and email.

Step 2: Speedy Delivery

  • Live Tracking: Once dispatched, your parcel can be tracked online with the courier’s real-time updates.
  • Final Delivery: When your parcel reaches your city hub, a delivery rider will call you before bringing it to your doorstep.

⚠️ COD Notice: For security reasons, payment must be made before opening a Cash on Delivery parcel.

3. Delivery Charges & Fees

  • Zero Profit on Delivery: We do not add any extra charges. You only pay what the courier charges us.
  • How Charges Work: Courier fees are calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight (size of the parcel), whichever is higher.
  • Example: If the courier’s minimum charge is 2 kg, even a 0.5 kg parcel will be billed at the 2 kg rate.
  • Free Delivery: Selected items may qualify for Free Delivery, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
  • Non-Refundable: Delivery charges are not refundable, even if the product is returned.

4. Managing Your Order

  • Tracking: Use the tracking ID provided to follow your parcel online.
  • Changes & Cancellations:
    • You can request changes or cancel your order before dispatch by contacting Customer Support.
    • Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and you may be charged a handling or courier fee.

Q: What if my parcel is delayed or misplaced?
A: While factors like weather, road conditions, or courier issues may cause delays, our support team actively monitors your order. If mishandling occurs, we will assist you and may resend the parcel at our discretion.

Q: What if I miss the delivery call?
A: The rider will attempt to call you three times. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and a restocking fee may apply for refunds.

Q: Can I open the package before paying for COD orders?
A: No. For security reasons, payment must be made first. This helps protect against fraudulent or tampered orders.

Q: What if the parcel looks tampered with on delivery?
A: You have the right to refuse delivery if the package appears damaged or opened. Please report it to us immediately.
